Our properties can be used by those who are not corporate travelers. Contractors for instance, we also invite International travelers families and leisure travelers also.

The entire reservation balance is due upon the time of booking and we offer many different payment methods for your convenience. We do not offer holds to secure your booking or dates & we recommend to reserve quickly as we book out fast!

We can take 50% of your reservation upfront and the balance prior to check-in via a link that is 3D secure. At the time of booking, we also ask our guests for a security deposit starting from £100 depending on the accommodation. This is a precaution in the unlikely event that there is damage to the property or violation of rental agreement policies during your stay with us. The funds are put on a hold and released after departure, there is nothing you need to do.

We allow free cancelation up to 5 days prior to check-in, after this point we retain 50% of the reservation. We retain 100% of the reservation for ‘no-shows’ who do not turn up for their reservation by midnight on the day of check-in .

Yes, we hold a pre-authorised deposit of £100 on the credit or debit card used to pay the balance of your reservation. This is held on the day of check in and is released upon our cleaning team confirming no incidental damage has occurred. We Notify you with-in 24 hours of check out if there is any instances of damage. When we release the security deposit It may take up to 14 days to be accessible in your account.

Yes, this is possible depending on the length of stay, large discounts can be applied for you when booking direct.

We accept debit or credit cards payments. Your payment will be made through our secure payment system. Stripe.

We take ID to confirm the identity of the lead guest in all of our let’s as a way of preventing fraudulent bookings and maintaining our homes in good condition or all guests to enjoy.

Please enquire for your particular property as we do allow pets at some but not all of our properties.

Yes, all properties have a Netflix account for free viewing.

Yes we allow take-aways and small deliveries during your stay. Please be aware that for larger items we would ask that you inform us prior to ordering. We cannot accept any responsibility for items that arrive before or after your stay.

We allow smoking in the designated outside smoking area of properties with access to outside spaces.

Our prices are at least 12% cheaper on our direct booking website compared to Airbnb and other booking platforms.

We promise to always be the best value when you book direct on this website or by calling us for a quote, further more, if you join our email list we can give you a discount coupon for an extra 10% off! 

Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We do offer early check-in or late check-out, or both! These can be done subject to availability, we will need to know ahead of time for this request so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.

We can provide a travel cot and high chair at any of our properties for a small rental charge of £30.

Majority of our doors have smart lock systems so you will be able to check-in at any time after the time appointed without the need for meet and greet, self check-in for your convenience!
